Returns Policy:
At Workwear Australia Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom printed or embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@workwearaustraliaonline.com.au. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label if necessary.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return in case it is lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
For any returned or cancelled orders, please be aware that there is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund or credited amount. This fee is applied to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the items to ensure they are in suitable condition for resale.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
